Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: The hours vary and we always recommend calling (607-936-9242)

in advance to visiting the dive shop.

As we may be closed and taking divers to the lake

or teaching classes at the local college.

BUT....its a safe bet to catch the shop open

after 4pm most days of the week.

Although, in the summer,

most Wednesday evenings are night dive days.

Q: I would like to sign up for the next open water

certification class - how do I do it?

A:  Send us an email at: rparker@stny.rr.com

and we will get you on the list

for an upcoming class.

Q:  I need my air tank filled - what is the process?

A:  Call the shop at 607-936-9242 and

arrange to bring it in

or there is a drop station next to the shop

and arrange a pick up time afterwards.

Also, make sure your visual and hydro is up to date

for the fill or they will have to be updated prior to filling.

Q: I would like to buy scuba and snorkeling gear but

wondered if it would be easier and less expensive

to just buy it on the internet?

A: We offer a wide variety of gear in the shop.

If you need a custom size or special color,

it usually only takes a couple days to get it in for you.

We offer a 10% discount for a year for new open water students

and if a customer is intersted in a full gear package

we offer discounted packages

and many time even better prices than on the internet

but always comparable.

The best thing about buying from your local dive shop....

is customer service on your purchase...

you have a place to go in the future if you need service or warranty...

and we can keep providing other services to you in the future.

If everyone buys on the internet...

you will see dive shops close

and no longer will divers be able to get their air tank filled to go diving.

That would be a shame...so, we always appreciate your support!
